About Pitch Craft Collective
Pitch Craft Collective is an artistic initiative founded by musician and educator Sonya Knussen.
The collective supports musicians through performance, collaboration, and professional development. Its work is organised through four branches:
Performance, Pathways, Labs, and Café.
These branches provide different ways for musicians to engage with the craft of music — from concerts and collaborative projects to coaching, workshops, and reflective conversations about musical life.
About Sonya Knussen
Sonya Knussen has worked for over three decades across performance, education, recording projects, and artistic direction.
Her work has included collaborations with ensembles, composers, and festivals, as well as mentoring musicians and developing projects that explore how musical lives are built and sustained.
At the centre of this work is a simple idea: to care deeply about the details of music and the lives of the musicians who perform it.
